In the spirit of the 4th of July barbeque, keep enjoying your meals outdoors! These photos are from the Rio Gozo farm party earlier this spring. Elizabeth & John know how to throw a fun shindig. A big potluck dinner, with lots of fresh food from the farm. Great crowd, many of who are CSA members of the farm. Kids got to run around and explore, and there was a stage set up for bands to play as the evening went on. The chocolate beet cake was delicious! I wonder if Elizabeth will share her recipe?
